Thank you for choosing Blue Path Strategies LLC for your personal branding needs. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your subscription to and use of Blue Path Strategies LLC Consulting Services ("Services") provided via Substack. By subscribing to our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, which form a part of and are subject to Substack's own Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Publisher Agreement, Content Guidelines, and Copyright Dispute Policy.

1. Service Description

• The Personal Brand Plan (One-Time $300): 1 Quarterly Social Media Strategy Session and 4 Personal Brand Consulting Sessions per month.

2. Payment and Subscription

• Payment is due at the beginning of each subscription period.

• Subscription fees are non-refundable except as expressly provided in these Terms.

• The subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

3. Service Delivery

• Consulting sessions are held online and require an active internet connection.

• Scheduling for sessions must be mutually agreed upon.

• Missed sessions without prior notice may not be rescheduled or refunded.

4. Client Responsibilities

• You agree to provide necessary information and feedback for the effective delivery of our Services.

• You are responsible for implementing the strategies discussed during consulting sessions.

5. Intellectual Property

• All materials provided during consulting sessions are the intellectual property of Blue Path Strategies LLC and are for your personal use only.

6. Confidentiality

• We respect your privacy and commit to maintaining the confidentiality of the information you share.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Our Services are provided "as-is" without any guarantees of success.

• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our Services.

8. Termination

• Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice.

• Upon termination, all unpaid fees become immediately due.

9. Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services after changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Blue Path Strategies LLC is based.
